Our client is the leading key player in the pharmaceutical sector is looking for the key HRBP Manager to support their key business operation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations and work as the key business partner with a business leader to improve organization performance. 
  • Understands HR Requirements, challenges and able to identify or suggest solutions. 
  • Able to design HR Strategies and implement accordingly. 
  • Lead HR projects and works with key stakeholders in organization development and changes. 
  • Lead training activities as per guidelines and improvements. 
  • Works closely with stakeholders in succession planning and performance management. 

Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years experiences in HR 
  • Good command in English 
  • Mature and strong communications skills 
  • Can-do attitude and flexible mindset
