Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a new Junior Recruiter to join our team! If you have a passion in Recruitment or a new graduate who’s now looking for a good start to develop yourself in Recruitment Agency, this position could be a good fit for your career development.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms to assess potential candidates and benchmark the market trends
  • Draft job postings on search platforms, LinkedIn, mailings, and our website
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Conduct telephone interviews and collect data from long-listed applicants
  • Reviewing applications, managing interviews & language tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for presentation to each client.
  • Make cold calls and obtain names of potential candidates
  • Construct emails appropriate in tone, structure, and grammar
  • Update key candidate data from screen call onto the company systems
  • Proactively follows up with candidates according to set process
  • Keep updating from internal department and projects
  • Support the member on the screening/searching/interviewing process or any jobs by assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in any industry (Fresh Graduate are also welcome)
  • Ability to self-organize & prioritize work tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the “can-do” attitude
  • Service mind and strong communication
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
