FP&A Manager

Aplus Career Recruitment has been appointed to identify the FP&A Manager position for one of the top retail businesses in Thailand. This position will respond to financial planning and analysis management such as conduct analyses and reporting for corporate functions including, monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of business unit financial performance. Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business’s medium to long term financial and strategic plan
• Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
• Conduct analyses and reporting for corporate functions including, monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of business unit financial performance.
• Support corporate consolidation analyses and reporting, including annual corporate budgeting process
• Corporate functions planning and forecasting as part of annual corporate-wide planning processes
• Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions
• Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
• Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations
• Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability
• Managing a team of Financial and Business Analysts
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, or Finance
• At least 4 years in finance analysis work as well as management accounting
• High responsibility, strong team player and able to work independently
• Strong analytical skill, fast-learner and committed to meet deadline
• Positive attitude with willingness to always learn new things and get more challenging tasks
• Computer Literacy (Esp. Excel and Power Point)
• Good in English, both speaking and writing
• CPA is an advantage
