Retail Property Senior Manager

Aplus Career Recruitment has been appointed to identify the Retail Property Senior Manager position for one of the top retail businesses in Thailand. Responsibilities:

• Leading all managerial, administrative, and technical staff, as well as overseeing the daily management and financial operations of the property
• Create and follow annual budgets; keep costs under control
• Organize and hold routine formal meetings with the customers or tenants of the property
• Ensure the property’s financial operation runs well, including tracking any unpaid bills
• To gather operational information about the building and its facilities, analyze, and then craft expert suggestions based on the results
• Oversees the creation and application of subcontractor property plans using control measures, flow-down specifications, and on-site audits
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new or changing legislation, its effects on contracts, and remedies for compliance problems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 8 years of property management experience in real estate
• Background in Retail/Commerical real estate is a plus
• Experience in property management and familiarity with computer software
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Be able to go upcountry from time to time
