Our client is looking for a Business Development Specialist to support them expand their commercial business by providing manpower in technical skills and solutions to the client group of commercial.
The position will be focused on proactive sales for a target opportunity lead list as well as existing clients, to convert them into sales. Gathering up customer engagement data and developing relationships with clients at high levels of management, all while developing strategies to increase market share. Understanding client needs/pain points and continuing to develop and present a solution to the customer.
Responsibilities
- Find lead list opportunities in high-level management
- Maintain existing client relationship
- Develop a sales and marketing strategy
- Create technical presentations to explain to customers the services
- Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange services
- Coordinate with technical teams to lead implementation planning and resolve customer problems and needs.
- Prepare sales to report weekly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in Property, Real Estate, and Building Management Business
- 5 years’ experience in sales solutions with complex clients and in the commercial the client business
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Fluently in English
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel
