Aplus Career Recruitment has been appointed to identify the Area Sales Manager position for one of the global packaging companies. This position will respond to overall sales performance and expand the business in SEA. This is a great opportunity for those who want to grow in their career path and gain new experiences dealing/reporting directly with the regional office.

Responsibilities:

• Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating sales associates
• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
• Search for and acquire new customers in the territory
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in South East Asia

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field
• Minimum 5 years experience in direct sales and client management
• Be familiar with the beverage market
• Excellent knowledge of commercial sales
• Knowledge of modern information technology and specific sales IT tools (Office, CRM software).
• Basic knowledge of an industrial manufacturing production process
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
