Quality Manager – Automotive Parts Manufacturing (Chachoengsao)

Our client is a well-established automotive parts manufacturer located in Chachoengsao. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Quality System (QS) operations in compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively by coordinating with internal teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze organizational systems and processes to identify quality issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supervise and support a team responsible for conducting inspections throughout the production process and performing final product evaluations, including lab testing, to ensure quality standards are met before delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and other related departments to drive quality improvements and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure alignment with international quality management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role in quality management within the automotive parts manufacturing sector.
  • Alternatively, at least 7 years’ experience in a supervisory role in QA/QC/Quality Systems with a strong aspiration to advance into a leadership position.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with quality management systems, particularly ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and across departments.
