Business Controller

Our customer is a global leader in the property services industry, renowned for its professional and high-quality services. The team is currently seeking a Financial Controller who is highly motivated and experienced to join their dynamic and professional team. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate closely with company management on a global and local scale.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee that local accounts are closed on a monthly basis in strict adherence to local GAAP/IFRS.
• Hyperion provides monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the company’s management and headquarters.
• Develop the annual business strategy
• Ensure that the company’s values and ethics are implemented and monitored.
• Establish and guarantee the quality of financial closing processes, routines, policies, and guidelines
• Offer the management team pertinent analysis to facilitate profitable expansion
• Support on a full scope to reduce DSO and maintain cash flow efficiency
• Develop and sustain a network with finance representatives of customers and within the organization.
• Conduct pertinent finance training for the company’s local management in accordance with the organization’s financial principles
• Guarantee accurate and timely tax reporting

Qualifications:

• A qualified chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
• A minimum of five years of experience in the financial sector
• Financial management and employee accountability
• Working in a publicly listed multinational company and experience with IFRS
• Cash flow, cost management, and business support
• Utilization of accounting information technology systems (Hyperion, Microsoft Navision)
• Your prior experience in the service industry is highly valued.
• It is essential to possess strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
