Reliability Engineer (Rayong base)

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting and executing maintenance strategies aimed at optimizing plant reliability and operational efficiency. Leveraging advanced reliability methodologies and cutting-edge technologies, you will address critical, high-impact issues affecting asset performance while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and deliver on plant reliability objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement robust Equipment Reliability Strategies (ERS) tailored to plant-specific requirements.
  • Continuously enhance Predictive and Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
  • Analyze and address critical reliability challenges to achieve defined annual performance targets.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as Weibull analysis, Root Cause Investigation (RCI), and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to mitigate adverse trends and improve equipment reliability.
  • Conduct comprehensive plant health assessments, implementing corrective actions to drive sustainable improvements.
  • Facilitate and lead Root Cause Investigations, mentoring teams in advanced problem-solving methodologies.
  • Provide input for maintenance budget planning and oversee reliability aspects during plant turnarounds.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design systems that are both reliable and maintainable, aligning with best practices.
  • Optimize spare parts management and operational processes to enhance reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Actively contribute to industry and internal networks focused on driving reliability excellence and sharing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the petrochemical or related industries.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Reliability, Mechanical, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in reliability methodologies, including maintenance and performance improvement strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent organizational skills and a proactive, self-driven approach.
