Senior Marketing Officer (Automotive Products)

Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Marketing Officer to join our client’s expanding team in Malaysia. The selected candidate will be in charge of managing local marketing operations, generating and posting content on social media, and gathering market intelligence to inform the design team.  

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Management:
• Post product information, pictures, and videos on social media.
• Create and shoot local pictures and videos for social media content.
• Cooperate with dealer shops in creating contents specifically for each shop.
• Market Research and Feedback:
• Communicate with the production team to convey market requirements and preferences specific to Malaysia.
• Visit customers, car shows, and car events to gather industry insights and feedback for the design team in Thailand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in Thailand to ensure alignment and support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Strong social media management skills.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and industry events.
• Fluent in English and Malay
