Objective:
Our client is seeking dynamic young Thai professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field for a 1 year training in Spain. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive training on the company’s products, encompassing both production and installation perspectives. Upon completion of the training, these individuals will return to Southeast Asia to service clients, leveraging their deep understanding of the company’s core products and philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undergo extensive training on the company’s products, including production processes and installation techniques.
- Collaborate with the production team in Spain to gain hands-on experience.
- Travel to various client sites across Europe to assist with machine installation and servicing.
- Apply acquired knowledge to service clients in Southeast Asia upon completion of the training program.
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients, ensuring optimal performance of the company’s products.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing any technical issues or concerns.
Specific Requirements:
- Educational Background: Candidates must possess a degree in mechatronics, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Adaptability and Adventure: Candidates should demonstrate a sense of adventure and a willingness to embrace the challenge of relocating to a new country. They must be open to learning about a different cultural environment while focusing on comprehensive business training at the headquarters in Spain.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is advantageous. Candidates must have the ability to quickly learn and adapt on the job.
