Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of industrial items for the heavy industries and manufacturing. Their solutions and services meet high quality and safety standards for clients globally.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads within the assigned territory (Rayong or Khon Kaen) to expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customer needs, provide technical advice, and craft compelling proposals that present solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Create accurate and competitive quotations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
- Provide excellent presales and post-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems for customers and the company to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
