Our client’s organization stands as a prominent global leader specializing in the manufacturing of aerospace structures, aircraft systems, components, and comprehensive repair and overhaul services. The company serves as a Tier 1 OEM Supplier for structural components, and our role extends as a hub for aftermarket services.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for sales, marketing, and customer relationship management activities within the assigned Asian region.
- Responsible for Trading inventory and providing support to Supply Chain to utilize client total inventory – WIP, Rotables, Active, Non-Active inventory movement.
- Working closely with Supply Chain on the costing of inventories include control of Reserve Book Value of inventories, reduction and leverage.
- To manage the business operation to ensure that the commercial objectives are met.
- Responsible for seeking sales opportunities to achieve the department’s sales target.
- Work and co-ordinate closely with the trading sales team to execute the deal.
- Responsible for the distribution network of the surplus and spares parts.
- Engage sales and operation team regularly to identify opportunities to drive the business via trading and distribution channel.
- Responsibility to manage and monitor trading sales’ inventory and parts aging.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in the Aerospace industry with experience in Sales / Marketing or Supply Chain / Material Management.
- Requires a practical knowledge of aerospace market dynamics and trends, competitive relationships, trade practices, distribution channels and costs.
- Ability to manage and coach the team in developing the people’s capability to their full potential.
