Role Overview: We are seeking an entrepreneurial, adaptable, and versatile individual to join our startup as a Business Partner & Sales Manager. In this hybrid position, you will combine sales and general management responsibilities to help establish and grow the business in its early stages. You will work closely with the founder, to strategically expand the business, develop advertising strategies, and build relationships with potential advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Grow the OOH Advertising Platform – Enhance and expand the platform using cutting-edge technology, data analytics, and strategic placements to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Sell Advertising Space– Secure advertisers by developing compelling sales strategies, setting competitive pricing, and offering data-driven insights to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO on Business Strategy – Align sales, partnerships, and expansion plans with overall business goals while identifying investment opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Manage and Nurture Relationships with Riders and Advertisers – Onboard and support riders for mobile advertising while ensuring advertisers receive high-quality service, campaign execution, and performance insights.
- Contribute to Business Expansion with Scalability and Efficiency – Identify new market opportunities, streamline operations, implement automation, and establish a solid legal and financial framework for growth.
- Navigate the Bangkok OOH Advertising Market – Stay updated on local regulations, identify prime advertising locations, analyze market trends, and build relationships with key industry players for strategic positioning.
