Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead marketing campaigns and consumer insights gathering.
  • Plan and execute marketing projects, including category presentations.
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop cosmetic and personal care marketing concepts based on market and consumer data.
  • Create category and trend reports from syndicated data.
  • Execute branding activities for internal and external audiences (packaging, events, materials).
  • Manage relationships with marketing and branding vendors.
  • Translate research into actionable marketing and product development strategies.
  • Organize marketing events (seminars, workshops).
  • Enhance sales pitches and product value propositions.
  • Create cosmetic and personal care stories and olfactive pyramids.
  • Support sales teams with knowledge and promotional materials.
  • Maintain market samples and new product information.
  • Manage marketing sample databases.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies.

Key Competencies:

  • Demonstrated capability to manage comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Extensive knowledge within specified market segments.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Graphic Design is a benefit.

Key Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma is required in Science, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-10 years of marketing expertise within the FMCG, B2B, cosmetic and personal care, or advertising agency sectors.
  • Proven track record of participation in new product development initiatives.
  • A strong eye for beauty, a refined sense of style, and personal aesthetic preferences are considered a valuable asset.
  • Previous work experience within the cosmetic and personal care industry is highly desirable.
