Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Handle customer and sales orders efficiently.
  • Plan order fulfillment using available inventory or coordinating new production orders.
  • Collaborate with customers and sales teams to develop delivery schedules, tracking each order closely and providing estimated delivery times (ETD).
  • Coordinate closely with all stakeholders, including the warehouse, sales team, and regional logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Oversee the export and import processes for finished goods.
  • Ensure all transactions are accurately executed and all necessary documentation is properly prepared.
  • Promptly escalate any potential delays or emerging issues.
  • Manage customer complaints related to quality, delivery, returns, and other concerns.
  • Assist in obtaining regulatory certifications.
  • Maintain transparency regarding potential inventory risks (overstock or shortages) and communicate these to the Commercial team.
  • Perform logistics administrative duties, including data entry, document processing, filing, and verification.
  • Handle office administrative tasks, such as stationery and procurement management. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficient in using the SAP system, with relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in Customer Service or a Supply Chain-related role.
