Overview:
Our client is the multinational company in the personal care ingredient business provides to Fast Moving Consumer Goods and cosmetic business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and sales orders efficiently.
- Plan order fulfillment using available inventory or coordinating new production orders.
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams to develop delivery schedules, tracking each order closely and providing estimated delivery times (ETD).
- Coordinate closely with all stakeholders, including the warehouse, sales team, and regional logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee the export and import processes for finished goods.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately executed and all necessary documentation is properly prepared.
- Promptly escalate any potential delays or emerging issues.
- Manage customer complaints related to quality, delivery, returns, and other concerns.
- Assist in obtaining regulatory certifications.
- Maintain transparency regarding potential inventory risks (overstock or shortages) and communicate these to the Commercial team.
- Perform logistics administrative duties, including data entry, document processing, filing, and verification.
- Handle office administrative tasks, such as stationery and procurement management.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficient in using the SAP system, with relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in Customer Service or a Supply Chain-related role.
