General Manager – Sales & Marketing / CCO
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager – Sales & Marketing / Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the sales and marketing functions for our client, a leading logistics solutions provider. This role is integral to shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving sustainable business growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading high-performing sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance performance, foster a high-performance culture, and optimize sales processes.
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding and maintaining existing client relationships to enhance market presence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director to align sales and marketing initiatives with the company’s broader business goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing data-driven insights and guidance to drive continuous improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities to refine and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and reinforcing the company’s reputation for reliability and quality.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in sales as a sales including a managerial position, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while driving business growth.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on influencing, developing, and empowering employees to achieve goals through teamwork.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, proficient in both Thai and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with logistic and technological platforms is an advantage.
