Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore New Markets: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover growth opportunities and assess emerging trends within the APAC region.
  • Drive Sales Success: Develop and implement winning sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and nurture lasting relationships with key clients and distributors, turning them into long-term partners.
  • Seal the Deal: Actively prospect for new business, generate leads, and close deals with confidence.
  • Technical Expertise: Showcase your understanding of our cutting-edge products and provide technical support to clients when needed.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments, including production, engineering, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Report & Analyze: Provide regular sales reports and performance insights to management, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years experience in sales and business development within the machinery or related industry.
  • A deep understanding of the APAC market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • A background in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and driven by success.
