HR Executive and Visa and Work Permit Specialist

A company specializing in outsourcing is seeking to grow its payroll outsourcing team by hiring an HR Executive.

Key Role:

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including managing payroll operations, fostering client relationships, ensuring compliance, maintaining quality standards, leading teams, improving processes, integrating technology, conducting reporting and analysis, resolving issues, maintaining documentation and records, managing budgets, and pursuing continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing payroll processes for clients, including calculating benefits, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Preparing and processing compensation checks while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaising with clients for payroll services, addressing their inquiries, and preparing payroll reports.
  • Managing the entire visa and work permit application process for employees, including initial applications, renewals, and extensions.
  • Preparing and reviewing necessary documentation for visa and work permit applications, coordinating with legal counsel or immigration consultants for complex cases, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees and management on visa and work permit issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field and 2-3 years of experience in payroll, HR, or visa and work permit roles. (์New graduates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other payroll software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and visa/work permit processes is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
