Talent Acquisition Manager

The position of Talent Acquisition Manager is crucial to the organization’s recruitment process. Staffing and workforce planning, recruitment and selection, human resources management, and assuring corporate compliance are among the duties of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an all-encompassing recruitment strategy with an emphasis on elevating the employee experience.
  • Anticipate forthcoming recruitment requirements, construct job descriptions, and enhance job specifications.
  • I would like to establish consistent requirements for open positions in collaboration with line managers.
  • Assess the qualifications, talents, and experiences of applicants in order to efficiently align them with available positions.
  • Responsible for overseeing recruitment campaigns, job postings, and platforms across multiple channels.
  • Provide line managers and management with recruitment reports that summarize progress and key performance indicators.
  • Remain informed regarding employment laws and regulations.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related academic discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in the field of recruitment.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and law.
  • Proficient in English and Thai, both orally and in writing.
  • Expertise in developing dashboard reports and a solid foundation in Microsoft 365 applications, with a particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
