Production Section Manager

Client Background:

Our customer is a leading multinational company in the chemical industry, known for its dominant market presence and global reach. With multiple locations worldwide, the corporation boasts strong research and development, manufacturing, and market share capabilities. We are currently seeking a Production Section Manager to ensure productivity of the plant.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist in implementing CAPEX, development schemes, and modifications, collaborating with other departments to meet targets.
• Oversee projects aimed at enhancing capacity, improving quality, substituting raw materials, and increasing profitability.
• Participate in WCM practices to foster a zero loss, zero defects, and zero accidents culture.
• Aditya to the company’s Sustainability Framework and SHE guidelines to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace.
• Optimize production efficiency and raw material usage within existing setups.
• Implement improvement projects on time and within budget.
• Support operation teams, monitor processes, and provide technical training and support.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of applicable industry safety and environmental regulations. Experience ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
