Client Background:
Join a leading Carbon manufacturer with a global presence, focusing on the Asian market. With roots dating back to the 1980s, our client has expanded operations and is embarking on an exciting greenfield project.
Responsibilities:
- Core HR: Handle recruitment, payroll, administration, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on laws and regulations, obtaining necessary permits and ensuring environmental and safety compliance.
- Community Relations: Engage with local communities, develop outreach programs, and facilitate public meetings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project records, prepare reports, and ensure documentation accessibility.
Requirements:
- Education: BA (Masters) in HR, MBA HR preferred.
- Experience: 12-15 years in end-to-end HR, including HR Head roles.
- Industries: Chemical, continuous operations preferred.
- Diversity: Women candidates preferred, all are welcome to apply.
- Certification: MBA HR required.
