Senior Project Manager – MEP

Client Background:

Leading developer for the premium project in Bangkok with multinational teamwork.

The Key Roles:

Senior Project Manager – MEP, Oversee and manage internal system line, including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing to ensure the internal system is working effectively and continuously. Manage and acted as first-point of contact for external vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with key stakeholders on their M&E requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes.
• Work with developers, designers, and subcontractors to define and document scope of work.
• Carry out full tender analysis of all subcontractors and manage, run and draw up tenders.
• Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project.
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, including but not limited to estimating, quantity surveying, sub-contractor management and site management duties.
• Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
• Provide timely monthly reports to the Project Director in an agreed format.
• Build strong effective working relationships with our customers and site teams.
• Build a pipeline of supply partners with the correct approvals in conjunction with the central procurement team.

 Requirements:

• A recognized professional degree in M&E or other building/engineering related building subject.
• At least 10 years’ post-graduation experience with proven track record in M&E.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in English.
