Our client is the world leading player in petrochemical business. The team is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join their technical sourcing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sourcing support to Engineering team, focusing in mechanical parts.
- Seeking opportunities and developing strategies for sustainable business plan.
- Well understand business’s requirement and direction and able to provide plan for cost saving and cost reduction.
- Able to provide market analysis and seek for new opportunities for sourcing portfolio.
- Able to foresee and prevent risk from product/ service shortage.
- Manage suppliers’ contract effectively.
- Supplier performance management and improvement.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years’ experience in sourcing for mechanical parts for Petrochemical or EPC
- Bachelor or higher from Engineering or related.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
