Credit Controller Manager

Responsibilities:

• Pre-approved credit limit offered to potential clients through the suggestion of KAM and retail teams
• Determine a reasonable credit limit to support business growth and reduce credit risk by periodically analyzing and reviewing the credit limits of current customers
• Create a procedure and ensure that the credit customer master and credit limit are correctly created and maintained
• Ensure prompt and effective credit and billing processes
• Take the necessary steps to reduce the risk from bad debts by keeping an eye on and following up on the overdue aging balance with the KAM and retail teams
• To resolve billing and collection difficulties, work with the client, KAM, and Store in coordination
• Support client credit sales in company development regarding invoicing and collection procedures
• To keep consumers and enhance relationships amongst departments, develop and manage relationship strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 8 years of experience in financial control
• Background in finance agency is a plus
• Experience in property management and familiarity with computer software
• Good command of English both spoken and written
