Head of Architecture

Aplus Career Recruitment has been appointed to identify the Head of Architecture position under one of the top real estate businesses in Thailand. This position will respond to overall cost controlling & planning for luxury condominium projects. This is a great opportunity for those who want to expand their knowledge in business.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of architects and designers, providing them with direction on projects
• Providing leadership to the design team, collaborating with other members of the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Developing plans for new construction projects, remodeling existing structures, or improving the functionality of existing space
• Attend the executive level meeting to adjust strategies and operational guidelines to be appropriate and up-to-date
• Supervise the operations in accordance with the plan and budget
• Manage and allocate existing resources within budget
• Complete all the tasks per assigned

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 15 years of work experience in landscape architecture
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing people
• Knowledge of Feasibility Study and project cost calculation
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
