Responsibilities:
- Oversee employees according to their job area
- Interacting with Customer Service Representatives and Facilities Team
- Assisting the Site Manager, Chief Engineer, and Site Supervisors in maintaining effective communication with the Head office
- Oversee operation site teams in compliance with the contract’s service provider
- Monitor the Mobile Network cooperation and Construction site maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering, or related field
- Experiences and open in a variety of properties or sites
- A minimum of ten years of direct experience in engineering facility maintenance services is required
- Active and service-minded personality
- Capable of communicating in English
- Interpersonal, managerial, negotiation, analytical skills, Strong Leadership
- Have Energy Management Knowledge
- Computer Literacy
