Project Management

Aplus Career Recruitment has been appointed to identify the Project Management position under a global facility service leader in Thailand. This position will respond to overall project management and engineering duties. We are looking for those who have strong experience in building planning & management and want to explore international regulation.

Responsibilities:

Project Management Service

• Provides professional and technical advice and assistance as requested
• Prepares plans, specifications, and cost estimates for building repairs, improvements, and modernization.
• Reviews technical reports and evaluates assumptions, formulas, and calculations.
• Responsible for the performance of all aspects of project management and engineering duties

Safety and Health

• Performs Construction safety inspections
• Ensure that buildings or products comply with health and safety regulations
• Ensure an accident/ hazard free/echo-friendly work environment
• Review employee safety programs and recommend improvements
• Provide feedback on operational safety and environmental performance regularly.

Architectural

• Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
• Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
• Prepares reports of this inspection along with design requirements
• Prepares plans, specifications, and cost estimates for building repairs, improvements, and modernization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineer or a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in facility service
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and CAD software
• Professional license as a Thai engineer or architecture in a related field
• Good command of English both spoken and written
